If you are feeling over-whelmed, anxious or depressed, therapy can help get your life back on track.  I work with clients on a 1:1 basis to resolve all sorts of issues including how to manage anxiety, panic attacks and depression, deal with OCD, fears & phobias and take control of addictions.  I use an extremely safe and reliably effective psychological intervention for treating trauma. Sessions are up to 90 mins and can be done face to face or on-line.

COACHING

Helping you to be the best version of you

Unmet emotional needs are not only valid in our personal life, but they also affect our work life too. If you are finding work challenging, suffering from stress/burnout, or colliding with a boss/colleague who doesn’t understand you, coaching can help.  I will help you to identify clear goals for change, what resources you have available to you and work with you on strategies to achieve your objectives.

Looking after employee wellbeing

Many companies are finally recognising the importance of wellbeing at work, especially since so many people have been adversely affected by the pandemic.  If you are a manager/team leader/HR professional who would like to learn more about how to support your employees with their wellbeing at work, please get in touch.  I run workshops and group coaching sessions to educate and support employees on how to stay emotionally well, support mental health and build resilience.  For those in key worker positions, I also offer 1:1 therapy and trauma resolution sessions.
